Wolves have verbally accepted an offer from Manchester City for Matheus Nunes.
BBC Sport says Wolves and City have settled on a 47.3m fee - though a formal agreement is yet to be struck.
Wolves had been insisting on 60m after rejecting City's 47m offer last week. However, it now appears Wolves have settled on the valuation.
Wolves have agreed to sign City midfielder Tommy Doyle on loan, with the option of a 4.3m transfer that would include a huge sell-on clause for City.
City have made their move after losing Kevin de Bruyne to hamstring for four months.
