NCAA removes Hooters ad from Final Four program

In a last-minute editorial decision, the NCAA decided to remove a full-page Hooters ad from the official Final Four game program. We're not so sure what was so offensive about the ad.

its bad enough the NCAA puts restrictions on players accepting tickets from ppl, but now they censoring their own sponsors? i hope they realize that ppl actually do watch the tourney at hooters. its all about the chicken wings and boobies, baby

Hell, they have some cheerleaders that have less on than these Hooter's girls. Totally stupid. Goodbye sponsorship money.

The Final Four I remember the most was the one I watched when I watched the championship game at Hooters when Carmelo Anthony and the 'Cuse took on Kansas. The NCAA is full of bastards in my opinion.

Ya, Dick Vitale is pretty offensive...

It's cool if no one ever graduates just don't let 'em see some boobs.

If that was a half-naked cheerleader on there from UCLA, not one damn word would have been said about it. Or, that USC cheerleader last year that wasn't wearing any panties on the sideline.
