Did Rollins break an ankle?

I came across an interesting blog post today on "Off The Record" (OTR) with Micah Warren, a sports editor from Blast Magazine. In the article he says that Jimmy Rollins actually has a broken ankle which is the reason he was put on the 15-day disabled list. I'm not sure how valid this is but let look at things.
