Green Bay Mayor Wants A Brett Favre Boulevard

The mayor of Green Bay has plans to name a road in his fair city " Brett Favre Boulevard". But he doesn't mean some rinky-dink street that leads into a Lambeau Field parking lot - he's talking major thoroughfare.
