Bobby Sippio Chances in NFL

If you have watched the arena league this year or any highlights you will know that Bobby Sippio is a man among boys on the field. He had 1739 receiving yards and a league high 53 touchdowns. But what are his chances of making an NFL team? Sippio was on the the Miami Dolphins as a undrafted free agent in 2004 but was placed on injured reserve. That ended his NFL career for now but his arena performance could help his chances. Sippio has all of the speed along with a prototypical NFL receiver frame as he is 6'3" 220 pounds. He may not become a number one receiver in the NFL but with his production in a league like this that is becoming more popular every season, he is definitely worth a shot.

This is true he should definitely get an opportunity to make a team and could be a late invite to training camp for a team that needs a receiver. Maybe he's worth a try for the Jaguars or so I hope.

I watched him yesterday in the game against San Jose. He's been the go-to guy all year and he still seems to get open on every play. I's he that good or is the competition that bad? Hard to say. It's also difficult to determine his ability as a deep threat on such a small field.

I hope he gest whatever it is he deserves, be it the NFL, AFL, or abecoming a champion bass fisherman! He's SO worth it.

Sippio is the greatest receiver i ahve ever seen and even though i am a rush die hard he defiently belongs in the NFL he will have a dominate impact if given the chance

Looks like he made the roster on the KC Chiefs....Good luck to him. I met him when he played my SJ Sabercats. He was a really nice person.

Glad the Chiefs took notice of Sippio (and this posting!)

Sippio rules. I hope KC adds him back to the team; but I think either the Jags or the Falcons could really use this guy. One of the best I have ever seen on any level. Go Bobby!

Sippio is certainly a great receiver and I hope he gets a chance with the Chiefs. He's a big guy, physical player, and he catches nearly every ball thrown his way. So what's the drawback? He's not that fast. That's why KC was willing to demote him to their practice squad. Once again, we learn that, at least in the NFL, speed kills.

Chris Carter was not fast, nor Steve Largent. What happened to gut & trust? Quite BS'ing & give the guy a shot. Jerry Rice & Walter Payton were not Top draft picks.

I played agaist Sippio when he was a Quarteberback in Pee Wee Football and in High School. He is definetly an athlete made for the NFL whether it be WR or DB. Good Luck Bobby.
