Frank Shamrock's thoughts on Cung Le fight

Hi Yardbarkers,

I made a video last night of my thoughts on the fight.. thanks for all the well wishes and support.

Beyond the broken hand.. I had to get 6 stitches on the left side of my head and I think I have toenail cuts on the right side of my neck. That's what caused the scrape on the right side of my face during the fight. All in all it was a good fight.. would have been better to win.

brotha get well fly below the radar & we'll see you soon
Knuckle up frank respects to you and your familia

Love the Creed at the end Frank. Good luck getting better. Don't fall off the wagon like Scott Stapp of Creed did.

Frank you are awesome! Cant wait to see you fight again. You bring so much to MMA.
One of the greatest fighters ever but also such an amazing prescence in the cage.
We love you! Walt Lysak, Rose Lysak & Charlie Lysak
Your the best!

Don't they have some kind of requirement for clipping your toenails? That is like a weapon.
Anyway - get well soon! Can't wait to see you fight again!

Cung's kick were no joke! Good for you and the classy attitude Frank. Best wishes on your recovery

Great Fight Frank, I hope the arm is doing ok. I'm sure we will see you back before too long

Good interview, Frank. Good luck with the arm and the new addition to your family coming soon. Thanks.

Frank, I just gained a lot of respect for you with that video. You didn't make any excuses - you took the loss like a man. I daresay you've matured over the years...anyhow, good luck with the arm, hope to see you back in the ring soon.

Frank you're a great role model, you're classy, and you continue to give MMA a great name. We all know that there's going to be a rematch down the road... Will you take it to the ground this time around? Hope your recovery goes well. Congratulations for the new addition to your family.

I'd like to see either you or Le fight Silva someday.

Frank is still top of the charts in my book. He was willing to stand and strike with a world class striker just to give the fans a good show. thats one hell of a fighter.

Frank is a truly a class guy. You can always measure the true character of a person when dealing with losses and Frank displayed a lot of class with this video. I am a Cung fan but I also have the upmost respect for Frank. That fight could have gone either way if it were not for the broken arm so congrads to Cung on his win and best of luck to Frank on his recovery.
