Before MMA became diversified to include fighters with the all-around package, Royce Gracie was King of UFC with his Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. In size, he was a regular Joe, but Lord Gracie submitted guys much bigger than himself, including Ken Shamrock and Dan Severn.
His submission of Dan Severn, shown at 2:47, was an all-time classic, and drew students all over the world to the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
