Frank Shamrock Training Video

I don't watch ultimate fighting a lot, mainly because I'm 5 feet nothing and have never been very good at fighting. However, in my high school days I use to always workout. I was the smallest guy on our football team.

A couple of weeks ago there was a big guy behind me in the movie theater talking on his phone and talking to his girlfriend during the entire movie. At the ending credits I walked up to him and his girlfriend and told him he was rude and selfish to talk during the movie.

WOW! Leave it to the little guy to confront the guy with a chip on his shoulder. He was in my face and I just walked away. I'm not a fighter.

Later I thought…wow…that guy could have killed me. I could have lost my front teeth.

But the confrontation has motivated me to buy a treadmill and some free weights. I'm 5 feet 5 and 185 pounds. My goal is to be 145 pounds. Your workout video is very inspiring! Thanks for passing your knowledge in the art of body workouts.

not watching MMA cuz ur not that big.
but what u said is interesting.
even if ur small on the outside you can
be big on the inside and youve had ur 1st
taste of it!
