LIST: VH1 Top 100 Hip Hop Songs (My top 20)!!

This is WHy I Love VH1 and really cant stand MTV anymore, its all about the music and lists like these that cause debates. One would expect Music Television to be more music orientated than Video Hits One but I guess thats not how it goes. Sort of like Americans expecting their politicians to make this country a better place. Anyways, Im going to list my top 20 from the list so enjoy...Ill put some videos and the link is right under with the real list on VH1. Insane in the Membrane

Biggies Balls, Gay Z, Eminem, Nas were in list---BUT NOT Songs I liked from them, this doesnt mean I dont like them but VH1 picked the wrong choices....I was also upset Eazy E wasnt even in it, but it was pretty good list with respect to diversification....The top 20 from Vh1 was typical and as usual the same old BS.

  Parents Just Dont Understand Dj Jazzy Jeff and Fresh Prince--AS a young gun and an avid fan of Fresh Prince and Will Smith I had to put this at Number 1 because how much it relates to my life... I said mom what are you doing, your ruining my rep, your only 16 u dont have a rep yet...I said na mom ..... "You go to school to learn not for a fashion show"

• 2	Straight Outta Compton NWA- with regards to what VH1 picked at number 1, this song was way better than Public Trashes "Fight the Power".... as someone who doesnt curse this song is loaded with it and just another group that goes by their name like Outkast and Naughty by Nature...

• 3	Paid in Full Eric B and Rakim--the remixes to this song is why I love this song, let alone how much I love the original....thinking of a masterplan.....Couple Remixes that are good listens= Lloyd, Lil Wayne, Pitbull, Plies, TI, Yung Joc and All Around the World-Chamillionaire

• 4	Bombs Over Baghdad Outkast- They did this after the first Iraq War but then again thats not what the song means? I bet yall dont know what it means....

• 5	OPP Naughty By Nature- Other Peoples Poo C or Property...or Otters Pucking Penguins, Oppresed Palestinians Peoples, Oprahs Phat Phatty. Anyways you down with OPP yea u know me..

• 6	The Choice is Yours Black Sheep--Engine Engine Number 9....being a NYrkian this song is dope "da dippity"... and Dave Chapelle in his deleted scenes did a skit on this song, beyond funny, dude dressed as a black sheep

• 7	Crossroads Bone Thugs n Harmony- man everytime i heard this song when i was young I felt like doing something good.. never take life for granted, such a gr8 song

• 8	Definition Black Star= Mos Def and Talib Kweli---make sure u have lyrics by your side when u hear how lyrically awesome this song is. Note Mos Def didnt bake cakes when he made this song...

• 9	Ridn Dirty Chamillionaire ft Krayzie Bone- as a die hard Cham fan this song is average but hey ill take it. Record in most ringtones sold, and quit sleeping on King Koopa, by far the most versatile rapper in the game as is Ludacris and Lupe.

• 10	Rolln w/ Kid N Play Kid N Play- House Party cats and the hairdoo, dance to this song and if u aint like this song damn i dont know what to say, "O Laaa O laaaa A"

• 11	The Block is Hot Lil Wayne- this is the Wayne I liked, now hes more Hip Pop which is wack...but does have some good post Cash Money Records songs...

• 12	Gin and Juice Snoop Doggy Dogg- I got bi&&hes in the living room gettin it on And, they aint leavin til six in the mornin.......

• 13	Jump Around Everlast- Mrs. Doubfire song...word to ya moms...

• 14	Childrens Story Slick Rick-Storytelling hip hop at its finest---is a VH1 Hip Hop Honoree

• 15	The Show Doug E Fresh--Inspector Gadget Beat, enuff Said...and SLick Rick

• 16	Freak at Night Whodini- "Who" is what I said when i saw this pick but this song is perfect for halloween let alone in da bed haha, " But what I like about 'em most is that they're real good loversThey do it in the park, they do it in the dark But most freaks are known for breakin' hearts"

• 17	It was a Good Day Ice Cube- he has far more better songs than this Softee song but dudes an OG with movies like Are we There Yet and Are we Done Yet...

• 18	Roxanne Roxanne UTFO- never heard of song until i saw the show, but after the show I want a girl named Roxanne

• 19	Gangstas Paradise Coolio- Any song that is done by Weird Al is a hit.

• 20	Wild Thing Tone Loc- wasnt he in Richie Rich, his voice is so raspy
