	Beijing National Stadium Beijing, China Cost: $500 million Capacity: 91,000 (approximately 80,000 post-Olympics) Opens: April 2008 Ground was broken in 2003 for the state-of-the-art venue to be used as the central arena for the 2008 Summer Olympics. The stadium will host track and field events, as well as the opening and closing ceremonies. Following the games, expect Beijing to have an expensive white elephant on its hands.

	Unfortunately the new Philadelphia Major League Soccer stadium in Chester, PA didn't make it on, which means it is going to be bland.

	those are some nice-ass stadiums, but the one in beijing looks ugly, man. im not lookin forward to seein that every day during the olympics. i got a chance to see the one in dublin when visiting there, its awesome.
