Rules of the Gym: 13 Guidelines to Make the Workout Experience Less Awkward

Working out in a public facility can be a daunting task; dealing with all of the unnecessary crap that comes with it can make the experience unbearable. Follow these rules and we'll all be better for it.

Rule #13 is the most important of all.
The worst is when someone tries to strike up a conversation while either party is unclothed.
Please! Do not talk to me until you have covered the esentials, ya know?

It's the best part about 24 hr gyms. I go in when no one is there, so I don't have to deal with other people.. :)

You know what I really hate? Guys with lots of hair in wife beaters. That just makes me want to throw up! and girls who are way to overweight to be wearing spandex and a sports bra! That is just too much. Then of course I totally HATE skinny girls that wear their underwear to the gym and stare at themselves in the mirror! Skanks! go home and look at yourself all day! It just pisses me off.
