Only days away... I can't wait to get back in the ring

It's always crazy a few days before a fight. This one is no different. From what I've been hearing, Jason Litzau has been training hard for this fight. So expect some bombs to be thrown from both of us. I'll be firing them, that's for sure. Check out some video of me sparring with Karim Mayfield and a couple of fighters from the SFC boxing club in San Francisco.
