WOW! thanks for the love and respect of my Pitt Panthers...but a 4 seed may be a stretch. The way they're playing now is the same way they were playing before Cook/Fields went down, but those 9 losses are still there like it or not.

After the way Pitt worked G'town, I think #4 is about right.

not how selection Sunday works though...what you've done lately helps, but they look at the bigger picture. Look what happened with Cuse when they got hot and ran the table in the big east tourney...I think they only got a 10 seed or something and a difficult 1st round matchup. Pitt should be a 5-7 seed

Pitt is different than 'Cuse was that year, though, because Pitt had injuries to key players. Injuries make a difference to the committee. It's how good you are NOW. Remember when K-Mart when down for Cincy, and the Bearcats got screwed out of a #1 seed because their body of work wouldn't stand up w/o its best player in the lineup?

we'll see shortly

Pitt never gets any love when it comes to tourney seeding either. Like when we had to face Wisconsin...a higher seed, in Wisconsin...that was fair! still won though

Duke should be a 2 seed, not Wisconsin

TC, I hope that Duke and UNC end up in the same bracket. It's a shame UNC has to play Clemson today. A rematch is in order. Go Heels.

I guess we will see today

What about if Wisconsin wins today, TC?

doesn't matter now

UNC and Duke have never met in the NCAA tournament... Fun fact! lol

Vandy should be lower probably a 5 seed

This is going to be one of the hardest brackets to compile for the analyst's, and one of the hardest ones to fill out as a fan... Last year was pretty easy, but this year looks tough... Finished 2nd in to brackets last year, but this year Im not liking my chances.... lol

Wisconsin is a fundamentally sound team, and I like there chances until they get to another 1 or 2 seed...

Wisconsin doesn't have a prayer to get a 1 seed. they should be a 3, but they have a shot for a 2. Must be nice to play in the not so big 10

DTRIK did you read what I said???

that you like their chances to get a 1 or a 2 seed...from my reply it looks like i read exactly what you wrote

Well what I wrote was I like there chances UNTIL THEY GET TO ANOTHER 1 or 2 seed. Meaning that they will probably get a 2 seed and get beat by a 1 or 2 seed. There is no question that Wisconsin is not getting a 1 seed.

No, Duke deserved a 3 seed. They've played like poop down the stretch.

Georgia is in the dance.

I was a little surprised about Oregon getting in. I guess the Committee saw something we didn't.

pizza with extra cheese is good and cheesy

LOL! What?!

sorry i meant st joes is a team to watch

I wonder how much location an travel time was taken into account. http://www.produnkhoops.com/sandbox/geo_tourn has a pretty cool tool attempting to measure things like home court advantage and jet lag. I think geographical factors are not taken seriously enough.
