Huggins rejected Mayo

Brad Underwood, an assistant basketball coach at Kansas State, told the Konza Rotary Club (can somebody please explain to me what a rotary club is) that O.J. Mayo called Bob Huggins around the time of national letter of intent signing day and begged the coach to allow him to play for K-State. Huggins reportedly rejected Mayo's plea.
