Mascot fight! ORU defeats IUPUI for Summit League auto bid

What about when the Duck fought the Beaver at the Civil War a couple years ago!

I like Butch's chance in this one. I'd be a little worried with the way the Duck handled the Cougar from Houston though. But Butch T. Cougar is one bad dude!

Go Eli! The Jag Mascott knocked off Eli's Eagle Head, which is really the worst thing any mascott can do. This video only shows the last few seconds...the actual saga (I witnessed it) lasted several more seconds, where Eli's head was knocked off twice. The Jag mascott tried a similar stunt two nights prior, with the UMKC Kangaroo mascott (wrestling). I'd say...there is now a larger rivalry then just the basketball game!

So were they just playing st first or something?

Yes, it started out innocently, until the Jag knocked off Eli's 'head'. What does Healing have to do with this? I guarantee that if it had been ANY other university's mascott, it would NEVER have been an issue, nor would any articles have been written about it. For crying out loud...this is NEWS???? Whatever!
