Oregon upsets #21 Arizona, 84-74
The Oregon Ducks were one of the best teams in the country last season, but after the loss of guard Aaron Brooks to the NBA, the Ducks have fallen off a bit. Coming into the game with a 9-4 record, the Ducks defeated the equally struggling Arizona Wildcats to improve their record to 10-4. The Ducks were led by Malik Hairston's career high 29 points who rebounded after their loss to Arizona State on Thursday. Arizona was without leading scorer Jerryd Bayless because of a sprained knee, but forward Chase Budinger scored 30 for the Wildcats. The Ducks were aided by Bryce Taylor's 15 and Maarty Luenen's 13 points and 11 boards.
