Kedrian Johnson Joins Best Virginia
USA TODAY Sports

Thursday morning, Best Virginia announced that former West Virginia guard Kedrian Johnson will join the team's roster for the 2023 TBT.

“I can't wait to play in front of the great West Virginia fans again,” Johnson said in a statement released by Best Virginia. “It's going to be a lot of fun with the past West Virginia players. It should be a good time. Get your tickets now, and let's go.”

Johnson elected to use his COVID year this past season instead of turning pro and in doing so, he helped West Virginia get back to the NCAA Tournament. In 33 games this season, Johnson averaged 11.7 points, 3.1 assists, and 1.8 steals per game. He appeared in 91 career games at WVU, registering 63 starts, 589 points, 171 assists, 164 rebounds, and 119 steals.

Johnson becomes the fourth player to commit to playing for Best Virginia this summer, joining John Flowers, Kevin Jones, and Nathan Adrian.
