Beanie Wells will win the hiesman and will rush for over 2000 yards and will be the National Championship MVP, which he would have been this year if his defense would hve woke up that dredfull day

ALL I GOT TO SAY IS JAVON RINGER.

No doubt about it dude

knowshown moreno is the best in the nation Beanie weanie wells is not even close to as good as him

Moreno is definitely a beast I agree. I'm looking forward to watching him this year.

osu kennedy seems to know some football. i would have to place my vote for wells too, but there are a lot a great players back this season.

I do think Moreno has potential to be in New York as a finalist, but I agree agrant, Wells has to be the guy!

bulldogs as a whole will win National championship this year mareno will win heisman look out for Caleb king the other runnin back

Beanie doesn't have it won yet?

Jimmy Clausen, WTF? He absolutely sucks. And where is Armanti Edwards? Dude's a beast and I don't want to here that he plays a division lower. He's won 2 Championships his first 2 years and can pass and run like nobody else.

I don't actually think that Clausen will win it, just that he will be in talks for the specific reason that he plays at Notre Dame (Tim Brown won the Heisman in 87 recording 39 Rec for 3 TD, 23 KR 0 TD, and 34 PR and 3 TD, hardly incredible numbers) This was also a list of 25 people who will be in talks at some point next season, and if ND wins more than 6 games Clausen will be mentioned somehwere. Do I think he'll win? Absolutely not, but he is a QB at Notre Dame, I think that guarantees Heisman Consideration, Fair or not. As for Edwards he doesn't play D-I ball, he has great numbers and seemingly singlehandedly beat Michigan but last year was the first year a Sophomore won it, so I'm doubting that voting will stretch to a lower conference. They just got the ability to get votes for Top-25. It's not fair, but if the Heisman was about being fair there would be a lot of winners who didn't win, McFadden last year to name one and there are a lot more.

Wake Up! Many of you still are not paying attention to the real Mountaineer program, (to those of you stuck in the backwoods of West Virginia), you know the one up in the mountains of North Carolina, Boone to be exact--App State Football. We have a young man from Greenwood S.C. who has already shocked the world once. What else has to happen for you and the rest of the world to put him on the radar and his numbers prove that--look them up? Armanti Edwards, he is a B.A. quarterback! Athletes are athletes doesn't matter where you get them, just ask Michigan. Question, How many football players did Alabama or put intot he draft? None! Hell, the Cincinnati Bearcats had only two as did Boise State. We had four, count them 4. Dexter Jackson-2nd round, Corey Lynch-6th round, Kerry Brown and Julian Rauch. It just so happens we have one of our own (Heisman Contnders) in North Carolina. Someone please explain why no one will play us. Yeah, everything to lose, nothing to gain for the rest of D 1 football, whatever. Save it for LSU. We will see Aug. 30th. Win or Lose, the rest you will figure it out then. Stay in your little Bubble.

What about Drew Weatherford.
he finnally stepped up last year, after he got replaced, but since then he has dominated.
don't be suprised to see him in the race with his new and improved self.
GO NOLES!

drew weatherford makes me want to puke blood

i think beanie wells will win the heisman, probably because ohio state emphisizes on the running game, just like in '95 when eddie george got the heisman

knowshon mareno will probly when the hiesman. They will probly go to a bcs bowl but they have a less chance of winning because last year they played Hawaii
and Hawaii play the weakest teams

darrius heyward-bey will win it this year for sure he could run a 4.23 in the 40 and is considered one of college footballs best wr ever.

i think that wells will be the one to win it this year, all that talk about moreno winning the heisman is a load of crap

Honestly, I think that Tebow has a good chace to repeat as heisman because he is just going to be showing his arm off instead of his legs, but Beanie Wells is going to give Tebow a run for his money. Also you need to look for Pat White and Noel Devine in the mix. But Knowshon Moreno is too young to win a heisman and plus last year was his freshman year which means he hasn't really proven himself yet. Moreno is the winner next year. Tebow is this year.

JAHVID BEST FOR CAL! he is fast, big, and GOOD! maybe not this year, but next year a possibility! look him up. already had over 350 yards!

Umm how about Javon Ringer!!!! STUD!!!

Did you have to write Javon Ringer twice in the same day? Were you afraid we wouldn't see it higher. Also check the date and thebeardown.blogspot.com for updates including your beloved Javon Ringer. Thanks for the input.

If Michigan State can put together a good season, and Javon stays healthy, you've got to put Ringer at the top of any list. He combines the best qualities of a great athlete and a great person - truly a class act all around. Keep an eye on this fine man.

Watch out for UCONN's Donald Brown (34) He is a powerful runner capable of breaking multiple tackles, and making a fool of any team's secounday. His speed and agility make him an absolute weapon.. He currently the #1 rusher in the country with over 900yrds. and 11TDs in only 4 games. With a year of starting experience under his belt, this future NFL-er is going to be tough to contain this season.

Jevon Ringer is gonna give everyone a run for there money.
he's got the most rushing touchdowns and the past 3 weeks hes ran 198 yards or more a game.
