i really dont think d-fac will get drafted first overall parcells wouldn't start by rebuilding a franchise by taking a running back

I'm confused as to why Matt Ryan gets so much hype when his TD/INT ratio was rather average (31/19). His completion percentage was 59 percent as well -- not good.
