4th and Goal Quad Report: NEW BIG DOG in NCAA --- ECU Shines

I don't know if you guys have noticed or not, but, in three of the last four college football seasons, there are teams from outside Bowl Championship Series (BCS) conferences that have crashed the NCAA football hierarchy. Some case and points are Utah, Boise State and Hawaii each of those colleges have ran through their regular seasons undefeated, reached a B.C.S. bowl and provided compelling underdog story lines. However, with all those surprising runs, none of those teams had a pair of wins better than East Carolina has already this season. None really came close.
