Cry Uncle

The nephew is the mega-recruit, headed-for-the-NFL superstar RB. But for one night, he was upstaged by, of all people, his uncle. In his first game for Colorado, highly-recruited Darrell Scott had a respectable performance of 54 yards rushing and 1 TD on 11 attempts. Probably it will be his lowest output of the season. Stealing the spotlight from him in CU 38-17 win over Colorado State was his uncle, sophomore WR Josh Smith, who showed he can play a little bit himself with 2 huge kickoff returns. Scott's mother is Smith's sister, and it looks like she's going to have a lot to cheer about this season.
