Seriously, The Heisman winner set new records and firsts for Div. I Athletes as he headed down to the Phillipeans for his Spring Break to perform Circumcisions, among other Medical Prodcedures. Photos after the jump.

If he'd been in a country where they cut out the clitoral hood (the female foreskin), would he have helped out there too?

Nobody can slice and dice through a defense like Tim Tebow the moyal! You can't stop a man who can do the things he does - if he needs to take out a foreskin or a clitoral hood or two, thems the breaks.
