Apparently, some one got an early Christmas present watching Ryan Wood (a reporter of the Lawrence Journal World) jump at a breaking story of Mangino leaving Kansas for West Virginia. He jumped so fast at posting the story the prankster didn't have time to let him in on the joke. The local paper had to actually post a retraction. I am sure there were some sad Jayhawks for a short time...but all is well in Crimson and Blue land. Nothing to worry about!
