Only Gus Malzahn could find a way to run the same insane play twice over the span of a decade.

During Auburn's thrilling 34-28 victory over Alabama in the 2013 Iron Bowl, the Tigers scored on a 39-yard touchdown to Sammie Coates to tie the game at 28 with less than a minute left in the game.

What followed will never be forgotten. But the touchdown pass before that doesn't get as much shine as it should.

Auburn's previous four drives included three punts and a turnover on downs, and when the game was on the line the Tigers pulled out a seven play, 65-yard drive to tie things up. The game-tying touchdown required a little bit of trickery, as quarterback Nick Marshall kept the ball on an option play, ran out to his left, and tossed the ball to Sammie Coates over the Alabama defender that came down to tackle him.

Malzahn, who now coaches for the UCF Knights, just found a way to run that same play again.

On the road again against Oklahoma, quarterback John Rhys Plumlee kept the ball, ran out to his left, and at the last second let the ball go to Javon Baker who ran it in for an 86-yard touchdown to give the Knights a 17-14 lead over the No. 6 Sooners.

You can watch the eerily familiar touchdown below.
