The Los Angeles Rams have signed former Baylor Bears offensive lineman Grant Miller as an undrafted free agent, according to David Smoak of 365 Sports.
Miller kicked off his college career at Vanderbilt. He played four seasons for the Commodores.
In 2021, he transferred to Baylor. In his first season, he started all 14 games at right guard.
In 2022, the sixth-year senior posted a PFF grade of 73.2. He was a second-team All-Big 12 selection.
The Rams’ offensive line regressed last season. In 2021, they led the NFL in pass block win rate (68 percent). In 2022, they fell to 13th in the league in pass block win rate (61 percent).
The front office has invested draft capital at guard. In the 2022 NFL Draft, they selected Logan Bruss (third round) and Zach Thomas (sixth round). In the 2023 NFL Draft, they took Steve Avila in the third round.
Congrats to Baylor OL @grantmiller55 for signing a non-drafted free agent contract with the Los Angeles Rams. #SicEm
