No. 1 Salisbury captures 14th straight league title
Salisbury men's lacrosse captured its 14th straight league title, scoring 10 unanswered goals and dominating visiting Villa Julie, 20-10. Salisbury has not lost to a Capital Athletic Conference opponent since joining the league in 1999- a span of 99 games. Sophomore midfielder Mike Von Kamecke scored four goals to lead the Sea Gulls. On another note, Villa Julie should seriously consider changing its name. It doesn't exactly strike fear into the heart of their opponents. Below is a Youtube video taken a while back of Salisbury's traditional entrance into the stadium. Sorry for the swearing, whoever took the video apparently was really angry at a bike rider who got in the way of his camera. He notes he will need to edit the video because of some swearing in the stands, but he doesn't mention editing his swearing...also, i don't know what the dude kneeling down is doing, he's either cleaning the ground or doing some kind of celebration
