Auburn's Cesar Cielo named NCAA Swimmer of the Year

Auburn junior Cesar Cielo was named NCAA Swimmer of the Year Saturday after winning four NCAA titles in the NCAA Men's Swimming Championships. It is the second straight year Cielo has been named NCAA Swimmer of the Year. His four titles in the Championships this year give him 10 NCAA titles at Auburn, a school record.
