A.J. Foyt IV's Fiery Crash Caused By Loose Fuel Tank Cap

A.J. Foyt IV was scorching at Speedway on Sunday, as the Indy racer's car caught on fire & hit the wall during a practice lap. And it turns out the accident was caused by a fuel tank cap that wasn't tightened correctly. (Link included video of the crash.)
