Orlando hoping for some playoff magic
A nice little look ahead about the Orlando Magic. It's tough when your expectations somewhat lie on Darko's development. Still, he's a young, talented 7-footer. Dwight Howard averaged about 16 and over 12 boards last year, and the ceiling on that kid is really really high. Not sure how big a fan of Jameer Nelson I am. I don't know, I normally love me a small point guard, but I just don't have faith in the guy. At least they have Carlos Arroyo and Keyon Dooling backing him up.
I still don't see this team having enough offensive pop to do much damage. They might get a playoff spot, but until Dwight develops a real offensive game, or until Darko becomes Dirk-o, I have to wait another two years to consider them contenders.
