While 3rd baseman Alex Rodriguez and the Yankees are apparently dotting the "i's" and crossing the "t's" on a new 10-year â€" $275 million deal to replace the remainder of the $252 million deal which his agent Scott Boras opted him out of during the World Series, A-Rod was the decisive winner of the AL MVP.
