First start with the D

I have to say I was nervous for the first time on the mound today, but once I threw my first pitch I was fine. I had a good time out there being with the team and gettin a chance to mix it up with them. Also, starting for the Indians was my boy C.C. -- so it was good to see how he works as well. I wanted to go out there and have fun and play hard and go from there. I think our team will do well if we pitch well so I'm using this spring to try to get ready. It's also good to see all the kids at the park havin a good time and enjoying the game. I even saw a little Willis jersey so that's pretty cool. Hopefully the more I play, the move jerseys I will see.

your boy

Your Tigers are going to be awsome this year D-Train. I can't wait til the regular season so i can watch you and C.C dominate the AL Central.

You were good! The season is just gettin started. Wait til you pitch at the CoPa.

Glad to see you are enjoying yourself Dontrelle. I'm going to have to pick up one of your jerseys as well. But that probably won't be until the summer when I go up to the D. You should join the Yardbarker college basketball tournament pick'em league I made. If your interested send me a message with your email and I will send you out an invite.

Glad you got past the jitters and are enjoying yourself, Dontrelle. Always enjoy reading your posts!

That first appearance in a new uni must be the hardest. Sounds like you were solid- just the one moon shot (thanks a lot, Francisco!). Now that's out of the way, nothing but 0.00 from here on!

And starting across from C.C.? Very cool.

the best of luck@
hope you do well this season!

New team, new league, and a lot of new players in critical positions. There will be a transition process.

Don't be nervous, Michigan is gonna love you D-Train, you have that Magic Johnson smile. -MrBest7

Good stuff D. How many bases do you think Curtis Granderson could steal in a season if he really had a better than average year in OBP?

Sincerely,

your going to do a lot better on the tigers. The Marlins have a history of bad trades and sending you to Detroit was a good example of one. The Josh Beckett Trade is another example. hope you do good. Derrick

keep having fun, it looks like you're going to be a perfect fit for the team. it's going to be a fun summer, i know i'll be around a lot. just enjoy the warmer weather while you can!

hey dontrelle, do you guys think you can be better than the 116-46 2001 mariners?

Whats it like to go from a perennial underdog to now a league favorite?

were pullin for ya D............

dontrelle we look forward to seeing your stuff in that world series ... you the man

Bought your jersey last week on ebay :)
