Our good buddy Ian over at Sox & Dawgs has provided gigantic printable PDF pictures of Madonna's face for tonight's game at Fenway. You can print them out, poke out the eyes and show how much you love 'the material girl' (or hate A-Rod.) Another option is to tape it to a stick and wave it around like a crazy man. Both work adequately.
