Things to blog about other than the Phillies.

My partner in crime (aka co-author of my blog) decided to blog about the WNBA until the Phils correct their losing ways. I too am now dabbling in other sports, because previewing the Phillies/Braves series doesn't seem all that exciting to me right now. Therefore, I am going ESPN 8 "The Ocho" on all of ya, and first up is the League of Rock-Paper-Scissors. For more interesting and totally stupid stuff other than disheartening Phils info, come click on the URL, and you'll also get a glimpse of total geekdom in the form of Heroscape.

The "paper" soldier looks like Carlos Ruiz and "scissors" reminds me of a goatee-less Myers so I'm going to have to go for "rock". Maybe I should take World RPS more seriously seeing as how I'm hosting this years' draft for my fantasy RPS League. All the magazines have Rock as a big time sleeper but I like the career consistency of Paper. Although Scissors has shown brilliance in the past and if he can return to form following an injury year Scissors can potentially win it all. In the past I had a nice balance of Scissors and Paper with a few Rocks on my reserve spots. I got stuck when no one wanted to trade for Rock so this year my strategy is to draft a Rock first and leave Scissors and Paper for the later rounds.Hope it works out. Back in the real world, did you hear that Paper might be skipping camp to force a trade? I'm going to blog about how Paper would be a really good fit on the Eagles. Hey GM, you're right. This really IS more exciting than talking about the Phillies.........

I love that you took the time to endulge me in my new endeavor. Seriously though, wasn't it nice to be goofy and talk about something less depressing than the Phils?

Absolutely, GM. It was a lot more fun then writing Myers sucks for 5000th time. Thanks for providing a diversion until the Phillies are exciting again. Until then, I look forward to tomorrow's Heroscape discussion (whatever the hell that is). Yo, if anyone reads this thread that isn't familliar with the GM's own blog do yourself a favor and check it out. I don't usually bother clicking on the personal blog links but I'm glad I checked his out. If the Phightins got you down, WSBGM will make it all better. (opion expressed about PAblogspot is poster's own and constitutes an unpaid endorsement of the GM's personal Phillies blog. Boogerking is in no way affiliated with GMCarson or WSBGM although they're probably really cool guys and would buy you a beer if you ever ran into them.)

BoogerKing, thanks for the endorsement. I agree, people should follow your advice and visit my blog. We put a lot of hard work into We Should Be GM's trying to keep it both humorous and informative at the same time. Give us a click- http://pabaseball.blogspot.com

Wow, Brett Myers really has been sent down to the Triple A Lil' Piggies of the Lehigh Valley. A-freakin-men to this demotion. The guy is a whiny bawl-baby pissy-pants that deserves a slap in the face.

Hopefully this move sends a shockwave through the rest of the Phils clubhouse and serves as a wake-up call.
