Below are three teams and the possible players/deals on the table for shortstop Miguel Tejada, who is signed for $13 million through 2009.

Astros offering a combination of Brad Lidge, Adam Everett, and Jason Lane. Morgan Ensberg could also be involved.
Rangers have been rumored to offer a package around Hank Blalock.
I think the Angels have the edge if what they are rumored to be offering is true. The Orioles are always in need of pitching and Ervin Santana appears to be, at worst, a middle of the rotation starter. He's a cheap, young player who can immediately make an impact on a soft Orioles staff. Aybar is a highly thought of prospect, but with Brandon Wood and Orlando Cabrera in front of him, he doesn't have much of a future with the Angels. He's currently hitting .314 in Triple-A this year and has averaged 50 steals the last two seasons. Both are inexpensive and would help to clear cap room for free agent signings in the offseason.
