LIST: Top MMA Fights to watch on July 19th

• 1	Frankie Edgar vs. Hermes Franca This will be the fight of the day in either event. Frankie runs 100mph showing excellent wrestling and very smooth transitions. Hermes when on roids pushes the pace, shows great submissions and excellent knees.

• 2	Tim Sylvia vs. Fedor Emelineko I hate to say it as a UFC fan but I think this will be a war. Unless it hits the grond Tim is going to impose his reach on Fedor and jab away. I expect Fedor to see stars a few times enroute to Tim taking a 5 round decision and ruining the legacy that Fedor has built.

• 3	Cain Velasquez vs. Jack O'Brien Cain is a monster and Jake O'Brien also holds a great list of knockouts. I think we just may see a standup war out of these two rather than either relying on their wrestling.

• 4	Andrei Arlovski vs. Ben Rothwell Big Ben is on one hell of a streak and Andrei shook off the rust against Jake O'Brian back in March. I expect another standup war until Ben gets tired and starts laying and praying on Andrei. Go Arlovski do it for your hot Ex.

  Brandon Vera vs. Reese Andy Reese talks a good game. He has probably earned lifetime what the IFL is now worth in terms of book value. But here he is outmatched by Vera's speed and talent. Unless Reese turns this fight into a wrestlers war you are going to see some awesome kicks, punches and knees from Vera. Reese will get tired and Vera will finish him in the first round. Just dont get mounted Vera!
