'06-'07 Previews: Dallas Mavericks

The Dallas Mavericks haven't looked good at all this season, but thank god they at least won their first game today against the Phoenix Suns. The loss of Josh Howard to a sprained ankle at the beginning of the season will not bode well for this team that seems like they are still suffering the after-effects of their loss to the Heat in the Finals. As the season moves along, however, expect the Mavs to pick up steam- their MVP, Dirk Nowtizki, will come to true form and establish himself as one of the most dominant players in the league, primarily because of his continual ability to be a complete offensive player as a seven footer.
