I have put together some videos of the participants in this years 2008 Sprite Slam Dunk Contest. I am putting money on Rudy Gay, but Gerald Green has some serious springs. Gerald Green will be defending his crown from last year.

So in 2008 it will be Dwight Howard, Gerald Green, Jamario Moon and Rudy Gay. Sorry folks no Sean Williams or Travis Outlaw. Who I think both would dominate this group.

First off last years Dunk Contest

Gerald Green top 10 in Game dunks.

Dwight Howard: He says he has some tricks up his sleeves.

Jamario Moon Top Ten.

Rudy Gay Top Ten.

So who do you think will win out these guys?

This guy could destroy any of these guys in this contest... Sean Williams aka Area 51. He is a Rookie so he is getting snubbed. But I am pretty sure we will see him in the Rookie/Sophmore game.

Then this guy, he has posterized so many people in this league that the printing presses are running out of ink. Rumors were that he was asked to be in the contest but he turned them down , so I guess he did not really get snubbed. But still is a crazy dunker.

Cant wait for All Star weekend. Screw the Super Bowl bring on All Star Weekend!

	I've looked for a video on it, but I can't find it. I always watch the Raptors play and they always go over Jamario Moon and his journey to the NBA. One day they said that he won a dunk contest and dunked on a 12 foot hoop. I believe it because the guy is long and has a rocket up his ass.

	Ill take your word for it. He certainly has those fast twitch muscles going. I am working on them myself. Still cant dunk a big ball though. Its hard being pasty white and 5'9-5'10.

	I wish they would have let Dwight do what he wanted to last year and it would not have been close... Such as dunking on a 12 foot goal... But they would not let him do it do to safety reasons... Which I didnt understand but whatever.

	Moon's a rookie too, and he didn't get snubbed. Maybe it's more of a cautionary thing - so nobody has to take their laptops with them when they go to the Sprite Zone Men's Room. p.s. Don't sleep on Jamarioooooo.

	sllam dunk contest aint shit no more, remember the days of Irving and Dawkins. How about Jordan and Wilkins, now those were great contests. What happend to 10 or 12 contestants instead of 4. Last good contest I saw was I think in 1990 when you had Kemp, Dee Brown, Sky-Walker, and about eight others. Need more innovation. They should raise the rim to 12'. Watching Howard dunk reminds me of going to the elementary school and having a dunk contest with your friends on 8' rims. Yeah, you remember those days.........

	jamario knows how to put on a show, that was, ofcourse, his job before the nba. but if rudy gay can do anything that TFB have put him up to then hes gotta win! but then youv got dwight and gerald green who are crazy athletes, this is definately the closest 4 man race in dunk contest history!!

	Keegan ... Keep on working on those ups man ... As a "pasty white" 5'9'er myself ... I use to dunk when I was younger until I tore legiments in my ankle ... Now I am just an out of shape shooter =) Concetrate ony our upper legs and just do calf raises ... You will get there man ... Believe me !
