I only see four reasons. "Kobe Bryant doesn't have enough in the tank" is clearly a typo.

Yea i would have to agree with Dewey, i dont believe Kobe will run out of gas, it will just show many people why he is in the elite class of atheletes, but the other reasons are fair, and wouldn't suprise me..

i mean i'm a lakers fan so i hope so

Players like Kobe and AI always have enough in the tank. They even have an emergency reservoir, it's always the other 3 tires of the car that are questionable.

I definitely agree with #4. It's all about matchups. The Nuggets didn't match up well with the Lakers, and the Lakers didn't match up well with the Celtics as shown by the regular and post season records. But oddly enough the Nuggets did match up well with the Celtics.

"...it's always the other 3 tires of the car that are questionable."

I agree 100 percent. Kobe is the best player in the world; put him with the right talent and he's unstoppable. Boston needed three potential HOF'ers to beat him.

all right Mark Jackson," Kobe Bryant best player in world"...Biggest Over exaggeration out now is that line.... Best player in the world, had he not been so selfish he would have had more rings with Shaq. Sadly enough Shaq has won more rings than Kobe has since. 1 to 0. From a fans standpoint Pau Gasol isnt soft, the dude seriously got fouled on every play with the overrated Defense from the Three Kings of Fouling, Kendrick Perkins, Kevin Garnett (it amazes me how he won D player over Camby/Chandler) and PJ Brown....Other than that I really dont know what the deal is in the West next Year, But Lakers are really goood, Jsut need A big Dude, consistent shooter (Machine-Vujacic was malfuncktioning) and get rid of Wolverine (Radmanovic)...

agree Camby got robbed. Stats speak for themselves. although most NBA awards are based on the teams winning which really doesn't make sense if you think about the title of the awards...

Overrated defense...that's ridiculous. You must have lost money in Vegas!

I agree that Kobe has Plenty of gas to get it done. Pau is too soft. Bynum will be huge if he stays healthy. The #1 reason they lost was matchup problem. It was a bad match up for the Lakers. Same thing that happend to the Mavericks when they got Golden State. One thing missing on that list was the fact they're gonna have to go through a very strong Portland team to get to the finals. I know that was somewhat touched upon by stating they have to get through the west, but being Portland wasn't specifically mentioned, I felt I should.

agreed again. if Oden comes in this next season Portland will be one of the most improved teams.

Don't be so certain on things you don't know, buddy!

Kobe may have the gas, but does he have the ability to lead? Team chemistry means a lot!

True. Good Point. Players like Kobe and Melo who are being considered leaders of their respective teams still have a lot to learn.

Only need one reason...............KOBE!!!

GASOL AND ARTEST !!!!!!! IF GASOL HIT THE WEIGHTS AND WORK ON HIS DEFENSE HE'LL BE IIGHT REMEMBER BYNUM WAS THE SAME SIZE AS GASOL LAST SEASON AND THEY GOT HIM LOOKING LIKE A BEAST NOW SO WATCH OUT FOR EM ... AND WITH ARTEST IN THE LINE-UP SKY'S THE LIMIT FOR US AS LONG AS WE STAY HEALTHY !!!!!!

Kobe doesn't play well with others. He may be one of the best players of all time, but superstar won't get any rings until he learns what chemistry is.
