Evidence of Dick Bavetta Cheating

Here is my question? What is the age of retirement for a ref. I know after I turned 40 my eyesight started going and got progressivly worse, I don't know how old Dick is but he sure looks a lot older than 40. Maybe he really didn't hear or see him.

Refs usually go when they feel they can't keep up with the pace of the game. Bavetta seems to be perfectly willing to keep up with the grind.

i believe bavetta is 68 years old.
