Hawks Plead No Contest in 2nd Half

The Celtics fooled around a bit in the 1st half, but regained their form in the 2nd half to trounce the Atlantic Hawks 104-81 in the 1st game of their 1st round series. Ray Allen lead the Celtics in scoring with 18 in a balanced attack from the Celtics who had 6 folks in double figures, and Kevin Garnett had his double-double. It was Ray Allen who seemingly put the game out of reach in the 3rd when he scored 10 consecutive points. Thereafter, it was Powe and Rondo's show, with Powe getting knocked down after a strong dunk, and then getting the energized Garnett picking him up and screaming in Powe's face all the way to the bench. Easy does it KG!
