All I could think of when I saw this was how, we, as Americans were "oh so delighted" to see Tiffany and Debbie Gibson SINGING at the mall when we were kids. Sheeeeeeeeeeeeeit, if you tried to do that NOW with someone like Michael Beasley, you'd have to send in the NATIONAL GUARD to keep people back.
