NBA Teams to look out for in 08-09

The Blazers will compete, but such a young squad has their work cut out for them in the west. The Sixers biggest asset is playing in the East, if they ever get a legit 3pt threat watchout. The Bulls and Heat need to establish an identity and I think both have some more changes to make. The Grizzlies are just a sad case with almost no chance of winning more than 25 games.
