Nets ship Kidd back to Mavericks for Harris, Diop, Stackhouse, draft picks and $3 million

Bad move for both teams. Net: they need a dominant big man, not a rebounder. They have plenty of gaurds and fowards, Carter, Jefferson, Wright, Nachbar, bringing more is just an overload. Now who's gonna run point? Harris? Harris needs a Dirk, a Jason terry, a Stackhouse, a Josh Howard to get his 9-15 pts on any given night. And we all know he's not a true passer, and he definitely can't rebound like Kidd. Dallas: I would like to see the chemistry between Terry and kidd. Lets say Stackhouse does come back, moving terry to a 2-gaurd? Terry isnt a consisitent shooter or scorer. This is gonna be interesting...

Not good for the long term, but I don't think Kidd and Malik are going to get them over the hump either, even if Stack comes back. I do think it makes Dallas a little tougher at PG though, which is one thing they need, but they still need a bruiser on the inside besides Bass.

I guess this trade has been put on hold thanks to Devean George's "no trade clause" in his contract. He likes the starting role he has in Dallas and doesn't want to give it up.

Actually, he got to start last night, but is not a starter on a regular basis. His 0-11 for the field and 0-2 from the line was a hell of a contribution. Should ship his ass to Miami.
