SHAME ON YOU BARON

I was there when Baron made that comment. He was clearly joking. He laughed while he was saying it. The reporter took it out of context, IMO. Baron spent 90 minutes yesterday hanging out with kids at the Boys & Girls Club in Oakland. He still has love for the Bay. Here's a photo of him speaking with kids yesterday.

Side note: I own those same Reebok Pumps that Baron's wearing. Way too solid.

Hold on dude. You gotta chill on this one. They may not have kicked him out, but they slapped him in the face pretty good. 100 mill for Gilbert Arenas are you serious. The warriors would not even be in this horrible mess if they just would have gave Baron a decent extension.

It's all good. Based on the article you wouldn't know. The reporter put Boom on blast for no reason. He took it out of context, and it wasn't the spirit of what Baron said. Baron spent a good 15 minutes preaching to these kids the importance of exercise, because he didn't want them to see the Xbox 360 he gave them and look at it as an invitation to be lazy. With obesity rising in America, that's the story right there. Trying to keep little fatties from growing up to be big fatties. Being positive in a community with a whole lot of negativity. But instead the reporter took a day that had nothing to do with basketball, and he made it about basketball. It's lazy, mean and disingenuous.
