Great list. I would put Pau above Yao, though, if only because he's competing for a ring while Yao is on the bench.

I see where you're coming from on that. Yao was on pace for a 20 pt-10 rb season and he was there for half of that 22-0 run, plus he's 1 of 5 players to go 20-10 for the season (Dwight Howard, Al Jefferson, Carlos Boozer, Antawn Jamison).

What about Bynum? He's got to be better than some of these guys.

Bynum would #8.I would have put him on the list, but he's been out since January and Gasol's been playing center since he went to LA. They're going to be a dangerous team when Bynum gets back into shape.

What about Bynum? He's got to be better than some of these guys.

I'd put Pau Gasol higher, and Bynum should be on there too.

Duncan is better than this whole list.

Yeah, I agree, but Duncan is really a 4.

No he's not. He's just pretending so he can be an All-Star starter every year instead of a reserve behind Yao.

He is a 4. People don't win championships "pretending" to play a position that isn't their own. He's definitely a true 4.

When they both faced each other, they both did great, but Howard's going to be better. Plus he had this on Timmy.

Just added Bynum on the list at 8 and Pau went from 5 to 3.

It's perfect now :]

I dont think Al Jefferson is a center. There are a few more as well that I consider a PF, but it is what it is...

I think he's more of a PF too, but when Theo Ratliff left for Detroit, he stepped into it. I saw him in person once starting at center and he did just as good.

Even though he is injured, I would still pick Alonzo Mourning over a lot of the people on this list

lamarcus aldrige

aldridge is a 4 but the blazers real center pryzbilla should be higher. I know his numbers aren't very good but he more then anyone in the league does the little things that don't show up on the stat sheet.

Are you serious?
Most of these players arent even centers
Tim Duncan is a center and he would be #1
Hes not a power forward.
He plays against Shaq in the playoffs.
And Rasheed Wallace! 16?
Is that a joke?
Rasheed is one of the best big men in the game.
He might not stack up points like Dwight Howard but he playes ball.
If Howard doesnt show up, the Magic lose.If Wallace doesnt, then he has his supporting cast

In all honesty there isnt even 30 true centers. But this is his opinion. Deal with it. Tim Duncan like Rasheed is a PF. Because they play a season at C doenst mean they are a lifetime Center.

tim duncan is really not a 4 hes a 7" center. he should be top five easy. and rashed should be a lot higher atleast higher than horford Rasheed should be the 7th best center

This list is horrible, Rasheed at number 16? Below Al Horford, Andrew Bogut, Camby, Biedrins and on and on...c'mon man

bogut kaman ought of the top 10, Kaman will probably lose to DeAndre Jordan when siad and done okay Haywood and Dalembert higher same with Chandler and Yao is the most pathetic basketball player ive ever seen got stuffed by Nate Robinson go screw urself yao
