Warriors' Biedrins to follow Josh Childress to Europe?

Apparently some teams in Russia are willing to give him 10 million a year which is more than the Dubs are offering. I'm guessing his agent is just using this as leverage to get more money. My prediction is to the warriors for 60 million over 6 years. They will pay up since they can't afford to lose him.

the Warriors can not afford to lose him I hope they pay up and give the long term deal he deserves! If goes Im gonna be pissed...

I heard on the radio today that some players have gone to play over in Europe & had trouble collecting what was promised in thier contract.
A lot of times the owners are in the mob & there is not the same rights afforded to players in the us with the union & what not. Doubt he will leave.

This is unreal if it becomes a common practice, the NBA needs to get ahold of itself

i dont think it will become a common practice simply because most the better nba players are from US and dont want to go overseas away from home because that is a big change not to mention the game is alot diffrent over there. Some middle ground players like Biedrens and Childress just see the chance for a big payday that a player of their caliber wouldnt get in the NBA

10 mil to that bum let europe have him he cant even make a free throw.
