Whats up with the Rockets??

The Houston Rockets find themselves in a very difficult position right now...they're down 2-0 in the series against the Utah Jazz. Worst of all, they now have to go to Utah for games 3 and 4...Utah only lost 4 times in the regular season at home. I dont think Tracy Mcgrady is going to get his first playoff series title just yet...

The Rockets played as well as they could have hoped. They simply don't have enough talent to compete with Utah. If Yao and Rafer were healthy, this would be a different series. In fact, if those two were healthy, Houston would be a championship contender. They've got a great bunch of young bench players, superstars in T-Mac and Yao, and solid role players in Scola, Battier, and Alston. Throw in the inevitable growth of Brooks and Landry and you've got a championship squad.

Completely agree. The Rockets just don't have the talent without Yao-za to beat a good team in a 7 game series. Their win streak will be remembered for a long time, but there's a big difference between those wins (middle of season, some sub-500s, teams coming off back-to-backs) and the playoffs.
