Former 2020 No. 7 draft pick Killian Hayes, who had reportedly want to be moved from the Detroit Pistons ahead of his restricted free agency this summer, has instead been cut, sources inform Shams Charania and James Edwards III of The Athletic.

It's an absolutely savage development ahead of today's 2023-24 NBA trade deadline.
