Not another one. Look, I am willing to bet my life on it that Marshall will not become an eagle. First of all he's practically Denver's only true receiving threat now that Walker's in Oakland. And Second he's hurt and according to some accounts that I read he won't be at full strength at the start of the season. And I know he only injured his arm but who knows how that is going to effect his overall performance. I am with the Majority in wanting a true number one and I agree I think the front office will be pulling out all the stops to make that trade for a number one during the draft. Desean Jackson is not for the Eagles. We don't need another slot receiver. We need a serious threat. I say Devin Thomas. Most scouts agree he can be a true #1 in the NFL. I doubt we'll get him. No you are wrong.The probability of Marshall becoming an Eagle is far lower than its opposite.There are sound,logical reasons for this.It's much more of a gamble to say he will play for the Eagles.

I don't recall people saying asante would NEVER be an eagle. Booger didn't say hes knows what will happen. He was talking about probabilities, and he was absolutely right. Would you say that we have the same probability of trading for Tom Brady, Randy Moss, or any other great player as NOT trading for them? No, that would be incredibly dumb. It's not like Denver has a surplus of WRs, but quite the opposite.

The problem with this is "article" is that he wasn't talking about it being possible. He said it was a "real possibility" (it's not), said people were talking about this rumor (they're not), that the team lacks CB depth (their WR depth is worse than their CB depth), and that Cutler and Marshall were "at each other" (not the case).

You just dont trade a pro bowl caliber cb, a 2nd round pick, and a fifth round pick for any old body. Now, I think Marshall is going to be a good receiver...but to trade that much for someone you think might be good is the easiest way to get run out of town. We could deal with the Eagles drafting one of the top receivers in this draft and him not working out...that is uncontrollable. But to trade that much for someone, he better come here and have 1300 yards and 10 TD's.
