Carson Palmer: This Generation's Dan Marino

If I'm wrong, then tell me how. Ok yeah, he's still got time. But does anyone out there really think the bengals will be winning a championship any time soon? And yes, he could always be traded. But team's very rarely let go of blue-chip, franchise quarterbacks. So this is what I'm saying, Carson Palmer will indeed be this generation's Dan Marino and that really sucks because even though I am an eagles fan, I am/was a fan of both dan marino and carson palmer and it's a shame. Whether you agree or disagree, write something.

yeah he wont win a championship but put up 48 touchdown passes or anything near...i dont know about that one

Palmer IS good. Remeber the game where the Steelers' took him out - quite early in the game as I recall.
That was a calculated tactic, and a planned hit. And - it took away time from Palmer's career he'll never get back - yet he's a gentleman about that situation. I still think that was a horrible thing to have done - winning a game is never so important that you have to take the other teams' QB out of the equation. I hope he has many good years left to play.

Oh get over it already. A calculated tactic/planned hit? Quit crying and concentrate on how your team tore themselves apart. Poor management, poor coaching, poor character players. I'm sure that Kimo was sent out there to purposely injure an opposing player. He was finishing the play and it was pretty tough to stop his momentum. The Bengals wouldn't have gotten past Indy anyways.

palmer is OK, but he's no marino yet. and, he has to work with a whining crybaby like johnson, which doesn't help.

Palmer is overrated. With Housh and Johnson any Qb could put up huge #'s. Palmers stats aren't even that good. take away the Cleveland game with 6 TD's and how many TD's did he have total.

wow, i totally disagree, palmer is nasty...however i do think that sportsdevil is right...he's not marino yet, but he mist defintely could be
